Identity is very concrete when it comes to creating a brand with artifacts that are very tangible and can be articulated in a consistent manner.
The brand identity makes up a large part of what we remember about a person, product, service, or experience long after that moment has passed but is reminded of that encounter through the touchpoint of the brand identity.
